Dear Sea Storm,
I am delighted to write you this feedback about the staff at your Sea Storm Cavendish store.
My husband, Robert bought a dark green Sea Storm waistcoat at your Constantia store earlier this week, however he was not sure if he really liked that colour any more, so he never wore it. When we were at Cavendish we decided to have a look if there were any other colours on offer at your store there.
We were greeted by Yakheni and my husband told him about his dilemma about the dark green waistcoat. He immediately gave my husband an option to swap the waistcoat if he finds the colour and size that he required. Lucky for him Maggie and Yakheni found a medium waistcoat in burgundy and that brighter colour most definitely looked much better on my husband.
Maggie offered to keep the waistcoat for my husband so that he could return the green waistcoat the next day.
On Saturday Lisa made the swap and my husband now have a waistcoat in the colour he really likes. We were very impressed with the friendliness, the consideration and the level of professionalism by all your staff at the Sea Storm store.
